PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DENGAN PENERAPAN TEHKNOLOGI PRODUKSI TELUR ASIN ANEKA RASA DI KELURAHAN BINTUJU
Abstract
Almost everyone knows and tastes salted eggs. It turns out that making salted eggs with various flavors is quite an interesting business opportunity. Not only is the taste not monotonous and can vary but also business innovation is attractive to buyers. This community service activity aims to reduce the boredom of consuming salted eggs with white/green packaging flavors and colors, inspire salted egg entrepreneurs to innovate and increase the entrepreneurial spirit. This community service is expected to be useful for empowering the community to develop a mindset about entrepreneurship which is expected to have a positive impact on the lives of the surrounding community through skills training on how to make salted eggs of various flavors and improve their standard of living and the ability of the community to open their job opportunities to reduce unemployment in the community in Bintuju Village, Angkola Muaratais District. The method of implementation was carried out by providing counseling to mothers. Making various flavored eggs is not difficult, it only requires a little diligence and patience. Because every detail of the step will affect the results of our various salted eggs. Three stages must be done to make salted eggs of various flavors, namely cleaning, salting, and giving aroma to salted eggs. The higher competition in business, demands innovation in a business, as well as salted eggs, for example, some entrepreneurs make salted eggs of various flavors and low-cholesterol salted eggs. This small business can absorb labor to reduce the number of unemployed.
