Adolescent girls are one of the groups that are prone to anemia. Adolescent girls are at a higher risk of developing anemia than male adolescents. Anemia is prevalent in Indonesia at 48.9%, according to Riskesdas data for 2018, with the highest proportion in the age groups 15–24 years and 25–34 years. Education on anemia prevention for young women aims to provide adolescents with understanding and knowledge about anemia and the impact it will have on them. The targets in this activity are young girls at SMA Negeri 3, Padangsidimpuan City. Education is carried out by means of face-to-face lectures and discussions in class. The result of this activity is that the participants now understand more about the importance of preventing anemia in young women.
