DAMPAK PERNIKAHAN DINI TERHADAP KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 5 KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Early marriage is one of the social phenomena that occurs a lot in various places in the country. Adolescence is the foundation for the development of a nation to become a great nation, but it becomes a big challenge, if early childhood marriage, which is usually dominated by teenagers, continues to occur. Early marriage has various impacts on women's reproductive health. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding to adolescents, especially at SMAN 5 Padangsidimpuan about the impact of early marriage on reproductive health so that they get information about the impact of early marriage on adolescent reproductive health and it is not easy to do marriage at an early age. This activity has been carried out on Monday, October 11, 2022. The activities carried out were in the form of counseling to students / adolescents about the impact of early marriage on women's reproductive health at SMAN 5 Padangsidimpuan. This community service is carried out by the method of lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this community service were received enthusiastically by the participants as seen from the number of couples who asked about the material that had been given. It is recommended that counseling activities on the impact of early marriage on reproductive health can be carried out more often so that students can better prepare themselves before marriage, including the healthy age recommended for reproduction.
