PENYULUHAN TENTANG PEMECAHAN MASALAH KESEHATAN LANSIA MELALUI POSYANDU LANSIA DI DESA SORIMANAON

Abstract

The elderly Posyandu is a community activity center to provide health services to the elderly. Posyandu as a forum for activities with nuances of community empowerment, will run well and optimally if the leadership process occurs the organizing process, the existence of group members and cadres, and the availability of funding. The purpose of community service in Sorimanaon Village is to increase the knowledge of the elderly about solving elderly health problems through posyandu elderly. The methods in this counseling are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers using powerpoint materials and leaflets. The results of the counseling carried out that very high enthusiasm of female students in participating in health education delivery meeting activities with 3 elderly people who asked questions and obtained changes in adolescent knowledge of the importance of health in the elderly. The conclusion obtained is that it is very important to hold routine counseling activities for the elderly related to reproductive health.
