Baby gymnastics is one way that can be done by parents, especially mothers, to improve health and stimulate the baby's motoric growth. There are so many benefits of baby gymnastics that we can get, namely the baby's social development will be better, improved coordination and body balance, build self-confidence, stimulate child growth and development, and last but not least is to keep the child's fitness because the earlier the child trains his fitness, the child will avoid various diseases. A physically active child is a healthy child. Psychologically, baby exercises can bring the bond of love between mother and baby closer. When doing baby exercises, the mother can carry out the communication process with the baby. Communication is done such as singing soft songs, and moving the baby's body when doing exercises, which will create a relationship and interaction between mother and baby. That way it will strengthen the parenting between mother and child. Physical activity allows children to have a better outlook on life. It helps them build confidence, manage anxiety, and improve self-esteem and cognitive skills. Exercise also helps release endorphins that correlate with happy children.
