Abstract

This Community Service is about knowledge about Factors Affecting Midwife Performance at the Binanga Health Center in 2024. There are several factors. The first factor that affects midwife performance is individual factors, namely skills, work experience, social level, and leadership. The second factor is psychological indicators; namely perception, personality, motivation, job satisfaction, and role. The third factor is the organizational indicator, including work design. Leadership, and rewards. Midwives are very influential in organizations to develop human quality. Midwives are very important in achieving good human resources, what we must realize is all stages in management because of the rapid development of technology today.
