Sensitivity Test of Betel Leaf Extract (Piper Betle L.) against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The purpose of this community service is to find out whether betel leaf extract (Piper betel L.) can inhibit or kill the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The antibacterial inhibition test using the Kirby Bauer agar diffusion method is marked by the diameter of the inhibition zone on the media and measured using a ruler in millimeters. The samples used were betel leaf extract with concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%. The results showed that at concentrations of 20%, 40%, and 60%, there was no inhibition zone around the disc paper which was categorized as resistant. while at concentrations of 80% and 100%, there was an inhibition zone around the disc paper with a diameter of 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm which was categorized as resistant.
