Abstract

 Breastfeeding is very important because its nutritional content is needed for optimal growth and development of babies, but there are some mothers who experience problems in breastfeeding their babies, one of which is the problem of low and poor milk production. Consuming soy bean milk can increase breast milk production. The purpose of this activity is for breastfeeding mothers to understand the benefits of soybean milk in increasing breast milk production and mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. The method used was health education to breastfeeding mothers about the utilization of soybean milk in increasing breast milk production. The results of the activity, breastfeeding mothers understand the benefits of soybean milk and feel happy because they can apply it in their daily lives. The conclusion is that there is an increase in the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about the utilization of soybean milk in increasing breast milk production. It is recommended to health workers to be able to provide health counseling on the benefits of soy milk in other villages and to breastfeeding mothers to be able to utilize the knowledge gained and apply it in their lives.
